AL IGUAL QUE EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE UNA SERIE DE CATEGORIAS, QUE PERMITAN DAR GLAMOUR AL ACTO, SERIEDAD Y RECONOCIMIENTO MUTUO, SIN CAER EN EL REDICULO MAS ESPANTOSO. EL PROCESO TIENE QUE SER COMPLETAMENTE TRANSPARENTE, EL REGLAMENTO, TIENE QUE SER PUBLICO Y EL PROCESO DE SELECCION TAMBIEN, CON LA PARTICIPACION DE LOS HABITANTES DE LA ZUBIA, REGISTRADO EN UN PROTOCOLO A TAL EFECTO.
